Ten years in the making, Shadow Town Records is the brainchild of Andy Case and Nigel Measures. In the following decade since that initial launch, Shadow Town recordings, written by the song writing duo, and produced by long term collaborator Jorden Milnes, have features on Radio Stations all over the world, an International film festival, and appeared at the top of several music charts.
